I can't believe how hot it's been today. And humid. Which, of course, makes it the perfect day to go to London. The Allergy Show turned out not to be that interesting in the end. Although I tried some very nice chocolate. So I ended up going to find a kosher food shop as I was running out of chocolate spread. So now, not only do I have a hazelnut one, but a stripy one as well. If it was Cadburys it would be milk and white chocolate. Not sure what this one is being as it has no milk in but half the stuff on the label is in Hebrew.

It's really annoying because I'm tired, I'd quite like to go to bed, but there's no way I'm going to get to sleep. Not only is it still too hot, even with the window open but I'm now sharing my room with a variety of flying creatures and my hayfever's bad. It's also too hot to type, so back to the book (only thing you can do when it's this hot)
