I finally managed to read through Remix IV while it was still anonymous. I wrote a list of all the ones I got to the end of and enjoyed - which was most of the ones I started. The only ones that didn't fall into that category were just because they were something I wasn't that interested in. In general, all of the stories on there seem to be really good. With some quite funny funky remix subtitles (I particularly liked Remixes Lead to the Dark Side). I still need to leave feedback for these, and go back and read the originals (and leave feedback) but that will have to be another day.

Alias:

Uncommon Methods (or how Don Ho saved the world) - This has a great Weiss voice and a wonderfully funny ending.

Angel:

Sweet, Sour and Sweet Again (The Monster at the End of this Book Remix) - This has a really odd style but it really works.

Farscape:

Beautiful Fucked-Up Man (The Humpty Dumpty Remix) - Set after PK Wars this is horribly angsty (where by horribly I mean beautifully)

No Joy (Operatic Extended Remix) - This is an interesting Nebari post-PK Wars piece. Poor John.

Harry Potter:

Apparition No. 12 (The Scientific Method Remix) - I've seen this recced everywhere, for good reasons. Its a lovely look at Sirius & Remus's relationship from Hermione's eyes.

The Evidence of Things Not Seen (The Substance of Things Hoped For Remix) - I almost turned back from all the religion in this but I'm very glad I didn't. It's a lovely look at Lily's life and how her religion played a part in it.

Between the Bars (Through the Eyes of a Wolf Remix) - Great Remus & Tonks relationship in here.

Coming of the Morning (Lost & Destroyed) - There's some great Remus & Sirius stuff from when they were younger and still friends, and some good angst from just after Sirius is sent to Azkaban.

Direction (The Lost and Found Remix) - I don't quite know how to describe this, other to say that it's a good Remus/Sirius piece not long after they leave Hogwarts.

To Be a Lycanthrope (Future Present Remix) - Lovely sweet Remus/Tonks.

Perspectives (The Friends in Low Places Remix) - This is an interesting Peter POV about their animagus transformations.

Wake Me Up Inside (Losses and Recoveries: The Peace in Your Arms Remix) - This is set when Remus and Sirius move to 12 Grimmauld Place and try to sort their relationship out.

Divination in Pumpkin Juice (Momentarily There Remix) - A slightly odd style but really interesting - there's a lot more story that's not said and doesn't need to be to be good.

Once A Day (The Twice at Weekends Remix) - This is quite a funny fic where MWPP and Lily talk about wanking.

Now We Are Respectable (The Mature Men Remix) - MWPP grow up.

Water's Edge (Suite for a Lost Generation) - Remus tries not to remember Sirius in Paris. Of course he's unsuccessful, and we get a great combination of angst and happy memories.

Shadows of Perfection (Fragile Hearts Remix) - Remus remembers James and Lily to Harry.

Snowstorm (Softly Falling remix) - I love that this is Remus/Sirius but they never do anything except touch a bit.

one alone looks out (french kiss remix) - I really felt sorry for Fleur in this one.

Lord of the Rings:

That Certain Conversation (The Birds and Bees Remix) - This is quite a funny story where Bilbo convinces Frodo to have The Talk with Merry.

Nothing Remains Unseen - The Road to Rivendell Remix - A lovely, sweet look at how Pippin feels about Merry

Smallville:

Football, Goats, and Vampires, Oh My! (The Snarky Blonde Chick Remix) - This has a spot-on Chloe voice. And it's set early in season 1 when it was all so innocent and everyone was still friends.

Stargate:

A Moment of Indulgence (The Thousand Wishes Remix) - For some reason it never ocurred to me to feel sorry for Vala until I read this.

Tethered (The Wocka-Wocka Remix) - This is such a sad look at the relationship between Sam and Cassandra after Janet's death.

Weirded Out (all the puns intended remix) - I do quite like the 'aliens made us do it' cliche but this one is particularly funny. Specially as it's Daniel and Cameron.

Atlantis:

Cold and Flat (The McKay Remix) - This is a really sweet piece where John is hurting and Rodney is the only one to work it out and help him.

Pedagogically Sound (Instructional: the Feedback Loop Mix) - This is just funny. Poor Sheppard.

The Helping Hand (Suite for Octopus and Scientist) - I remember reading the original of this and it was quite funny. The remix doesn't fail either - you just can't beat a good octopus.

You Must Remember This (The Same Old Story Mix) - This one confused me until I realised what the original could be. Then I checked and went 'aha' and realised what was going on and how good the remix was.

Deep Space 9:

The Replacements (The More Things Change Remix) - Beautifully sweet and sad. It brought back DS9 memories.

Star Wars TPM:

Blind Faith (The 'In Good Faith' Remix) - I think this might have been the best one I read. There's some lovely Obi-Wan & Anakin relationship (of the non-slash variety) stuff in there. The ending is really interesting, given that we know what happens later.

He Couldn't Do This (Lost Faith Remix) - This is the remix of one of my fics. I think its one of the few TPM ones I still have up, as I wrote those many years ago. This one works beautifully along with mine and the ending is a killer.
