Summary: LOTR100 drabble

When Sam was younger he had enjoyed listening to the stories Bilbo Baggins told of his adventure. He always thought how exciting it sounded but never once, even when he was grown, did he ever think how dangerous an adventure was.

Until he faced the Ringwraiths, that was. As he had looked under their faceless black hoods all he had wanted to do was run very fast in the opposite direction. He had thought that nothing would be more frightening.

He had been wrong, though. Frodo had been stabbed and might die before they reached sanctuary. Now he was scared.
