I can't find a request for this, but I'm sure it's just an oversight (and Sarah's just been too busy with multiple companions)

"That is a terrible coat, Doctor," Sarah said.

The Doctor crossed his arms, well used to defending his choice in clothing. "Well, I'll have you know it's the height of fashion."

"Terrible fashion."

"If you're going to be like that..." he turned to go.

"That coat is so offensive, I think I should take it off."

He stopped where he was and turned round. "Oh, I see. Well in that case, carry on."

When she removed his coat she found several other items that did not meet her standards, so was forced to strip him naked. He didn't complain again.
